RETURNS & REFUNDS
Heaps Dinkum products are of excellent quality. We strive our hardest in design, development and manufacture to meet our customers highest expectations. Therefore, in the very rare circumstance that you are not happy with your product or service, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return it unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. The Returns Process is listed below:
1. CHECK RETURNS POLICY
Make sure the items you want to return meet the Return Policy requirements (listed below this Returns Process).
2. CONTACT US
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, purchase number, and the reason for the return.
3. PACKAGE THE ITEM(S)
Ensure everything is packed neatly with all original packaging, and a clear return address.
4. MAIL IT
Send your package back to us at the following address:

Please email the tracking number for the package and retain proof of postage.
All costs for the return of a non-faulty item are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
5. RETURN CONFIRMATION
Once the returned items have been received, we will process the refund. This can take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email once the refund has been sent.
If the returned item(s) are not in original condition, then we will email you a declined return notice, and return the item at our expense via regular post within 10 business days.
Once the refund has been processed, it can take between 5 - 7 business days for the refund transaction to clear.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be mailed within 30 days of the original order date.
- Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. We cannot refund items that are not in original new condition (damaged, dirty, worn, washed, etc.).
- You must contact us via email at email@example.com to notify us of the return before you mail the package.
- Returns must be mailed with tracking and confirmation of delivery. Please retain proof of postage (receipt).
- All postage costs must be pre-paid by the person returning the item(s).
If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return policy, and simply purchase a new item from the website. This simplifies the process of the exchange. Your refund for the original item will be processed as documented in the return policy.
If there is a problem with your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the purchase date. We strive our hardest to make sure our items meet your high expectations, but we admit that sometimes mistakes do happen. Replacement items will be shipped using the same or faster method as the original order.
RETURNS SHIPPING COST
We not do refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf.
All our items are mailed via Auspost for fast, reliable delivery. On very rare occasions, Auspost can make a mistake, and it may result in a slow or missing delivery. Please contact Auspost with your tracking number and all queries regarding this, as unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help. The tracking number is emailed to you at the time of shipping. Returns for this reason are processed through our regular returns policy listed above.
